Product (Ukrainian wheat flour) is provided under the conditions of FCA, FOB, DAF, CIF etc. (Incoterms)
The delivery date of Ukrainian wheat flour for export will be the date of registration of customs documents.
The supplier guarantees the quality and safety of the goods supplied in accordance with the standards approved for this type of goods, and certificates required for this kind of goods, in compliance with the legislation of the country of the supplier.
Product (Ukrainian wheat flour) is suggested by the Supplier and is accepted by the Purchaser in the point of delivery (according to Inco terms): In quantity - according to the quantity, specified in the Specification to this contract, as well as supporting transport invoice; as for the quality - according to the quality certificates, certificates.
