The group of the companies of "Belstar-Agro" holding company was formed on October 12, 1991 in Stariy Oskol city and nowadays consists of twelve industrial enterprises. Seven enterprises are engaged in processing and storage of grain, manufacturing of macaroni, bread and confectionery products in the Voronezh, Tambov, Saratov and Belgorod regions.
