Ippin Ramen are springy, not sticky and not easily broken. While other instant ramen come packed in dry, fried form, Ippin Ramen is produced to seal in a degree of moisture content just sufficient to keep the noodles fresh without destroying the nutritional content.

Ippin Ramen retains considerably better tensile strength even after being kept warm for a period of time. This is achieved through the high quality protein enriched wheat flour used in the production of Ippin Ramen, which also makes it low in alkalinity with a rich aromatic fragrance of fresh flour.
