Donggang, Liaoning Decheng Science & Technology Group Co., Ltd. locate in the beautiful bank of Yalu River, the burgeoning coastal city , it is just 20 kilometers from Dandong which is the biggest border city in China and separated from North Korea by the River.

Our company was established in January 1999 by the name of "Dandong Decheng Chemical Co., Ltd." and our product was only chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) at that time. Along with the continuous abundance in the product variety, especially the rapid development of cable compounds, the involvement in other areas and the establishment of the branches, our company was renamed "Dandong Decheng Plastic & Rubber Science & Technology Co., Ltd." in the year of 2008. And then, our was renamed "Liaoning Decheng Science & Technology Group Co., Ltd." in November 2011.

By 13 years' development and management, our group already owns five branches:
Liaoning National Bio-Tech Co., Ltd.
Alashan Economic Development Zone Decheng Plastic & Rubber Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as the "Inner Mongolia factory"
Dandong Decheng Trading Co., Ltd.
Shouguang Jinsheng Chemical Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as the "Shandong factory"
Dandong Decheng Duowang Breeding Co., Ltd.

At present the annual output of various CPE made by our Inner Mongolia factory and Shandong factory is 25000 tons.

Our parent company can produce 10000 tons of cable compounds, hose rubber and all kinds of compounds every year. We also have a provincial technology center for rubber and plastic materials.

Liaoning National Bio-Tech Co., Ltd. is a joint venture company with an American company to research and develop high value-added microalgae. Dandong Decheng Duowang Breeding Co., Ltd. is engaged in porkers breeding and feeding, and is the largest pig breeding base in Dandong. Dandong Decheng Trading Co., Ltd. is doing import and export business.
