The main products of our company are self-hardening/no-bake furan resin, hot box furan resin, cold box resin, alkaline phenol-formaldehyde resin (alkaline phenolic resin), resin coated sand, phenolic resin for coated sand, curing agent and other flux for sand casting. All of our products are molding and core/shell making to improve process performance and onto sand moulds to improve the surface finish of the final casting and so on.
The company headquarters covers an area of 35,000 square meters with high standard equipment of plant, research building, and official building. The company has annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of high automation furan resin workshop, production capacity of 30,000 tons coated sand workshop, separately production capacity of 10,000 tons curing agent workshop, 5,000 tons cast coating workshop and die casting, flux workshop. Warehousing capacity of 3,000 tons of raw material and finished goods warehouse.
