Our mold processing equipment includes lathes, milling machines, planers, drill benches, and grinders. Our manufacturing equipment includes 120-550T hydraulic drawing presses, 25-100T punches, and Korean brazing machines (several ten-thousand Yuan for each), as well as over 300 various processing equipment, such as spot welders, polishing machines, sanding machines and glass lid production lines.
In the aspect of product accessories, we have a glass workshop, a gild workshop, an accessory workshop, a phenolic molding powder forming workshop and other assistant service workshop. In terms of product manufacture, we have built up two factories according to market demands and customers' needs. No.1 Factory manufactures middle-class cookware; No.2 Factory manufactures middle and top-grade products, mainly specializing in 304-material top-grade cookware of 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1mm in thickness, and specific varieties including wide edge cookware, steamers, deep stock pots, 12-piece sets, apple shape pots & pans, pig gallbladder shape pans, various frying pans, and woks. No.1 Factory produces 52-58 high containers (40") per month; No.2 Factory produces 17-20 high containers (40") per month.
