Technology and Support
Grand has a factory area of more than 4000 square meters and has over 50 employees - 80% machinists and 20% engineers/supervisors. We have advanced equipment including imported CNC, milling, grinding and W/C cutting machines. And we have rich knowledge of technologies and a management team with high quality and efficiency to ensure the precision and accuracy of products. Grand exports more than 60% of its products to all over the world. We provide technical support in accordance with the requirements of customers.

Quality Control
In addition to the fact that we are certified with ISO9001:2008 international standard quality management system, we perform the internal quality audit every 6 months, such as QSA (Quality System Audit) and QPA (Quality Process Audit).
We have excellent quality control throughout all stages of production which include in-coming materials control, in-process quality monitoring, out-going inspection and relative testing. Moreover, we can establish the AQP and SPC control based on the requirements of customer. All of these enable us to guarantee customer satisfactions.
