The material of parts we used to make including copper, aluminum, stainless steel, pvc etc. and our machining accuracy could usually reach +/-0.0x, +/-0.005 mm in diameter, and +/- 0.01 mm in other dimensions;  

Also, we ever attended GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Toleracing) training program, by learning GD&T, we could now have an excellent and overall understanding of all drawings in designs, production controls, interpreting drawings, dimensions-inspecting, quality management control and so on;

 

Additionally, we are professional in all sorts of surface treatment as well, mostly teflon.
