Ningbo Jiye Automobile Components Die-Casting Co., Ltd. was established in 1995. Our former name is BeilunMould Factory, which was founded in 1968. We are one of the commissary units of state Die-casting Mould Association. We are also a routine director unit of Ningbo Mould Association. We offer a complete series of services to our customer, such as die design & build, die-casting, machining, and surface finish as well. We have the following die casting machines: 100 tons hot chamber( 3 sets), 280Ton(1 set), 400 Ton(1 set), 650Ton (1 set), 800Ton(2 sets), 1600ton(1 set), and recently we'll introduce 1,200 ton cold chamber die casting machine which can produce a variety of zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, and magnesium alloy castings. We passed ISO9001 Quality certification in 2003. Now our quality certification is in accordance with ISO/TS16949'S requirement. Customers' satisfaction is always our goal.
