Zhuzhou East Tools Co., Ltd, the key subsidiary of Hunan Tianying Technology Group, is one stated-appointed factory of mining tools under the jurisdiction of China National Nonferrous Metal Industry Corporation (CNCC). We are founded in 1958 and located at Zhuzhou city of Hunan province, one famous heavy industrial base of China, covering the area of 106666 square meters with the total asset of RMB31 million and 388 staffs, among which there are 46 engineers and technicians with middle and high professional titles.
We occupy advanced full-equipped tri-cone bits and rock drilling tools manufacturing workshop, high frequency welding workshop and the various departments of measurement, quality control, R & D and technology center. The total main equipment amounts to 300 sets, including 54 computer controller lathes, 28 computer controlled hydraulic press lathes, numerous high-frequency computer equipment and numerous high accuracy facilities.
The annual volume for the tri-cone bit and the rock drilling tools is 5000 pieces and 800,000 pieces respectively. For the other drilling tools, the annual production capability is 200,000 pieces.
Through the continuous co-operation with inland and overseas clients of so many years, we take up and develop new product series, thus enriching and perfecting our product system. In 2004, we got self-import export right and passed ISO9001 quality control system certificate. With The East as our registered trademark, our products enjoy good sales in domestic market and sell well to more than 20 countries and regions, such as Europe, America, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, South-East Asia, Sri-Lanka, Pakistan and South Africa and so on..
