The company located at Jiulonghu, Zhenhai, Ningbo and covers an area of 7880 square meters with 6000 square meters construction area.
The company mainly manufacture hex bolt,thread rod, stud double-ended and other some nonstandard fasteners under the different standards of GB, ANSI, DIN, BS, JIS, AS and ISO, grade of 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, B7, B7M, L7, L7M. Our producing range: diameter: M12-M100; Length: 25-1200MM(Bolt) and
100-6000MM(Thread Rod). Now our products are widely distributed Southeast Asia, Europe, Middle East and so on.
The company has complete production equipment and a perfect set of testing machine .Products have been passed ISO:9001~2000 Quality System Certificate. Main production equipment: two sets heat treatment lines, three sets hot forged makers and 18 sets threading machine. Main testing machine: 100 tons & 60tons tensile machine, charpy impact tester, crack detected machine, hardness tester, torque tester and so on. Our target annual output: 5000 tons bolt and 10000 tons thread rod.
