The Company was founded in 2006 by a Joint Venture between Brownbuilt Pty Ltd, Australia, and Yongxin Auto Components Manufacturing Co. Ltd. of China.

The company is founded on the philosophy of steadfast commitment to achieving Total Customer Satisfaction through excellent quality and best practices, on time deliveries and competitive pricing. The Company is growing steadily in strength and stature to attain its present recognition of being one of the best manufacturer of close tolerance Forgings and High Quality Steel Office Furniture in China. The company has incorporated the state of the art Forging facilities, Robotic welding methods, Powder coating using Environmentally friendly BONDERITE NT1 process - utilising the state of the art ITW Gema Paint Technology, and AIDA press lines to cater to the requirements of its local and international customers.
