Ningbo ZhangFa Vehicle Soft Stalk Soft Tube Factory is specialized in the production of various soft axes and tubes and matching steel wires for autos. The factory possesses six producing lines for steel wires, soft axes, soft tubes, leads and screws.
Our factory is divided into two sections. Section one is the major part, namely, Zhangfa Special Automobiel Soft Axis and Tube Factory; section two is Zhangfa Application Research Institute. Our factory covers an area of 15,000 square meters, with a building area of 10,000 square meters, has permanent assets of 50, 000,000 RMB, and employs 200 staff among which about 20 are technicians.
Through over ten years'' efforts, our company''s scale is quite considerable now. The annual production of various soft axes, tubes and steel wires has reached 3000 tons, and that of the ø 2.2 ~ ø 13mm soft axes for vibrators in autos and motorcycles has reached 800 tons, that of the ø 5 ~ ø 12mm soft tubes has reached 5,000,000 square meters, that of the transmission soft axes in luxury cars'' electromotive chairs has reached 300 tons, and that of the spiral soft axes in luxury cars'' clerestories and windows has reached 100 tons. What''s more, Zhangfa Application Research Institute can develop various soft axes and tubes for the clients.
Our factory has invested a lot in various examining equipments to ensure the products'' quality. Now we can conduct the examinations on the dynamic capabilities and material physical data of steel wires and soft axes. And the examinations have gained the certification of Ningbo Product Inspect Institute.
