NPK group is a diversified high-tech enterprise which is engaged in R&D (research & development) and manufacturing spare parts and complete sets of food, medicine, tobacco and other industries'' packing machines. We also provide our users personalized service as we service tobacco industry on a long term basis. Our headquarter and Marketing and engineering center are based in Shanghai Waigaoqiao boned area. R&D department and factory are located in hi-new-tech industry development zone in Xinxiang, Henan. Oversea sales center and after-sale service center are located in Hong Kong. 1. Researching on the improvement of metals and special material mechanical components and parts'' usability. Keep expanding new materials and process manufacturing technology to optimize the performance of the parts. The main representative products are Geneva wheel, cam, rod separation assy, catcher drum, sip port assy, paper cutting assy, glummer assy and so on. The improvement on production technique, such as powder metallurgy, surface spraying on special materials, rapid prototyping manufacturing and other techniques applied on aerospace and military use, significantly improves the products'' performance. Our products with high quality obtains Inspection-free Qualification.
2. Providing high quality service of equipment installation and debugging, maintenance, technology upgrading, item repair, overhauling and production line moving for our customers. Currently we carry out the service for KDF2 filter rod forming machine, GDX1, GDX2, SASIB 6000, HLP packing machine, MK9-5, PT70, PT90, PASSIM cigarette making & assembling machine. We also cooperate with our customers and partners to improve the equipments'' use value and prolong their service life from quality, consumption reduction, tar reduction, safety, appearance, informatization and other aspects. E.g. stem separation device, packet cosmetic, bobbin automatic splicing device, electronic upgraded control system, frequency conversion drive, data collection system and so on.
3. The various design and shape of the filter rod, cigarette and package to meet our customers'' different requirements. We provide solutions, equipment reform design, products supply and turnkey project. We also do the changes in specification and packaged form according to our customers'' requirements. E.g. change the rectangular ends to rounded ends, form the king size to the slim one, composite filter added charcoal from regular filter rod and groove modification.



At the moment, NPK group have almost one hundred applied and applying technical and products patents issued by local and nation. We develop a number of new utility-type technology patents on tobacco industry in terms of cigarette rolling, assembling and packing. We are actively research and develop environment friendly and efficient packing machine. Meanwhile, NPK group introduces international advanced technologies and equipments and management skills.
