KeSan is established to design and build plastic injection molds and later to run plastic injection molding. our room is equipped with modern Japanese Sodick EDM machines, Taiwan CNC machines, Switzerland CMM measurement equipment and many other drills, they give us the capability to manufacture max. 12 tonnes tool and die. On our first floor run in total 10 injection molding machines ranging from 100 to 250tonnes for in-house tool tests and series production. Our manufacturing processes follow closely to our customer''s working procedures. In addition, we encourage the direct communication between our customer and our engineers, managers to oversee projects.

We excel in technical molds for automotive, medical and consumer electronics segments, and have the know-how about tooling with unscrewing mechanism, collapsible cores, floating cores, side action, multi-cavity, 2K molding, two ejection system. what sets KeSan apart from other shops, is the relationship with our customers. our customer is part of our team, and we are the extended technical center for them in Far East.
