In 1999, President Guo Jiarong and General Manager Guo Jiaping jointly invested RMB 5 million in Guangdong Province and set up Dongguan Wanjiang Rongsun Filter Factory.
In 2003, the company was moved to Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, renamed Zhejiang Rongsun Filter Manufacturing Co., Ltd., purchased a land of 16675 square meters, with an investment of RMB 30 million and annual sales of RMB 40 million.
