Aside from an ISO 9001:2008-certified factory covering 6,500 square meters, we also have tooling, plastic injection, hardware, electronic and assembly sections manned by 300 workers. Our raw materials and components are sourced from over 80 trusted suppliers and main components such as ABS and electronic component are from Japan and Taiwan. In our electronic section, we have six high-speed SMT lines, 350 large wave soldering machines and automatic assembly lines. We also use ICT and AOI to inspect the PCBAs, to ensure that all the parts are in good condition before assembly. As a result, all of our products are compliant with CE, EMC, RoHS and FCC standards.
