Foshan City Fosti Motorcycle Manufacturing Co., Ltd is continuing the old traditions ---leading the way and over the infinity. Fosti was established in 1988. Our company is a Sino-foreign joint venture authorized by NDRC and MOFCOM. Our company is also one of the earliest professional motorcycle manufacturers in China, and Foshan Key High & New Tech Enterprise. Our company has developed from the former national key arsenal. In the past more than 20 years, Fosti has witnessed the great changes of China motorcycle industry development. From the beginning to the middle 1990s, our production and sales volume had been growing successively. In 1994, our company was awarded the honor of Guangdong Top 100 Largest Industrial Enterprises issued by Guangdong Enterprise Evaluation Center. In 1995, our production and sales volume was over RMB150 million, which was the No.1 in the industry. And our company was listed in Top 100 Largest Industrial Enterprises in the Mechanical Industrial fiels.
In 2004, our company moved to Foshan National High & New Industrial Park, covering 180 acres. We have introduced the engine production lines formed by soft CNCs, the jointing production lines formed by mechanical arms, the electrostatic spraying production lines based on computer precise control technique, and the automatic motorcycle final assembling lines, which are able to guarantee our annual output capacity of 300,000 units of motorcycle, and 600,000 units of engine. Regarding quality control, our company has been authorized by ISO9001:1994 Quality Management System Certificate, CCC, Motorcycle Production Admittance Certificate, and various stages emission standards. Furthermore, our company has been cooperating with municipal government departments and organizations, to establish the Foshan Motorcycle Emission Control Engineering R&D Center, to guarantee all of our products eligible to relative national emission standards. Moreover, our company has been aggressively promoting the Foshan Energy-saving & Carbon Emission Reduction Project and development oflow-carbon economy.
We have successfully develop dozens patterns products in Fosti and FUXIANDA series. All of our products are selling well around China. On the other hand, our products have been exported to more than 20 countries and regions in Europe, America, Africa, South America, Middle East, and etc., which are highly appreciated by consumers.
