Dong Guan Proamine Chemicals Co., Ltd. is the production base of Global Chemicals International, founded in 1994, located in Changping, Dongguan -the central economic area of Pearl River Delta. It occupies more than 100 acres and enjoys over 70, 000 square meters of R&D center, modern production buildings and comprehensive office buildings. We were ISO9001 certified in 2001.
Our R&D center is LED by a team of chemistry experts with many years of industrial experience, is able to realize independent research of existing and new products and provide specialized services. Housing the latest R&D, application and testing equipment, the center is able to analyze and optimize customers' production processes, provides comprehensive range of application solutions.
Global Chemicals International values technology innovation, and was awarded National Postdoctoral R&D Station in October 2003. We have cooperated in succession with renowned domestic research institutes and universities such as Tsinghua University, Donghua University, South China University of Technology and Wuhan Textile University to expand our textile auxiliary product lines.
We have the biggest textile softener production base in China with 10 fully automated production lines equipped with the biggest reactors and digital controlling system. By utilizing high volume storage tanks for liquid raw materials, we have simplified the production process, increase efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Our annual output reaches sixty thousand metric tons.
Our product lines cover softener flakes, silicones, textile enzymes and other textile auxiliaries, have SGS and REACH certifications and in line with Oeko-Tex?? Standard 100. They are applied to softening finishing of cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic fiber and various blending synthetic fiber and fabrics, designed for dyeing and finishing industries of yarn, knitted / woven fabrics and garment washing plants etc., will impart soft, smooth, fluffy, full handle to the fabrics while increase fabrics suppleness to meet the effects as desired.
