Foshan Nahai YOHE helmet manufacturing Co., Ltd was founded in 1993, located in Yannan industry area, Jiujiang town, Nanhai district, Foshan city, Guangdong province. We're invested over $9 million to build two production bases, which span a total of 60,000sqm.Each one of these factories is dedicated to order processing, assembly, visor production or decal printing. We offer five series of full--face, open face, half--face, motocross and flip--up helmets. YOHE is one of the largest motorcycle helmet designing and manufacturing companies in China. Today YOHE employs more than 1100 skilled workers, with a yield of over 3.9 million pieces helmets per year.
YOHE owns four production bases including processing and assembly, visor, EPS and decal painting factories. So far, we have 12 patents covering our products for design and technical function. More than 120 new helmet models have been developed in our factories achieving the highest safety certificates, such as SNELL, DOT, ECE, SG and JIS.
We utilise world class advanced level testing equipment which we have imported from Italy and Canada. With this equipment we can ensure the safety of products and carry our testing according to AS, DOT and ECE standards, including fatigue and reliability testing at any time. We have 11 automated production lines, auto--spray painting equipment as well as 16 precision injection molding machines. We import ABS raw materials direct from TAIWAN and remain committed to producing high quality ABS helmets with excellent performance at competitive prices. We have developed top grade technology on carbon fiber and composite materials to make YOHE helmets the most popular in both domestic and overseas markets. YOHE is at the forefront of helmet graphics development and new design concepts for all markets. Full production processing is carried out under strict environment protection control and YOHE have top--quality dust--free and closed type painting and assembly workshops. We have held ISO9001:2000 certificates since 2003 and are highly respected amongst the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervisions.
