Zhejiang Amriy Xianti Garments Co., Ltd. was established in 2003. From start, it focus on producing foreign trade seamless underwear. After moved into its own building, the factory developed very fast.
The factory located in the Suxi Industrial Zone, has a land of 18000m2, with over 22,000 m2 construction area. We have 60 sets of electronic jacquard seamless knitting machine imported from Italy, together with more than 140 sets of sewing machines. All these high technology devices and 300 skillful employees support us to complete 600 million pieces of cloths annually. 60% of these cloths are exported to all around the world. 40% are exported to Europe and 20% are exported to Japan. Mostly we make middle and high classes of seamless cloths only, our customers use famous imported yarns like Meryl, Coolmax, Lycra, etc. These yarns are mostly used in the products for sports wear or shape wear.
The factory have a 6 people developement team. In 2011, we introduced a new high tech PP(polypropylene) yarn, developed a wicking and antibiosis fabric. Focus on improving people's health and environment friendly, we earned a big share of the Chinese seamless shape wear market.
The factory have a professional and strong quality control team, 23 QC and their manager, control the quality from the material until packing carefully everyday, they provide a strong guarentee for producing orders from Europe and Japan.
