Ningbo Kanger Knitting Make DressCo., Ltd. was founded in 1987, and is knitted garment manufacturer specialized in the weaving, dyeing & finishing, and garment production. At present, occupying 20-acre land, the Company has production buildings of over 65000m2, total asset value of RMB250 million and more than 1000 employees (of which over 100 employees are intermediate and senior technical personnel and management personnel). Situated within the 30-min traffic circle in Ningbo, the Company is 30 minutes drive from Ningbo International Airport and 40 minutes drive from Beilun Port, so it has favorable geographical position and very rapid and convenient transportation conditions.
At present, the weaving factory of the Company has 150 imported large and small circular knitting machines. Its dyeing and finishing factory has 50 dyeing machines made by Fong? in Hong Kong and Asia Kingdom in Taiwan, equipped with ORINTEX computerized automatic color-matching and proofing system with automatic dosing equipment, full-width set-stretching framesmade by Krones in Germany and Chengfu in Taiwan, tensionless dryers made in Switzerland and TUBE-TEX shrinkage machines made in the US, and other leading after-finish equipment. Its garment factory has leading CAD system for garment development and design and more than 500 advanced sewing machines made in Japan and Taiwan, with annual capacity of over 3000-ton knitted fabrics, 9000-ton dyeing and finishing, and over 6,000,000 suits of various knitted garments, including underwear, spring and autumn casual clothes, summer T-shirts and sportswear and household clothes. The Company is a large knitted underwear production base in China.
In addition to its main brand ?anger?underwear, we also engage in the local sales, processing and foreign trade of knitted garments and fabrics and undertake weaving and dyeing & finishing business provided by customers.
