We are the MacKnight Smokehouse, MacKnight originally started smoking Salmon over 25 years ago in the Scottish Highlands as Grants Smokehouse Ltd. Grants gained considerable recognition from the foodservice, wholesale and retail markets throughout the UK, Europe and the USA.
Jonathan, the founder, noticed a large percentage of Smoked Salmon being exported to the USA. So it made sence to bring his knowledge and passion for Smoking Traditional Scottish Salmon to the US market.
He created a state of the art production plant here in Miami Florida. And has never looked back. The Smoked Salmon we produce is aimed at various consumers, from the price focused customer looking for an affordable yet quality product, to the high end quality demand of white cloth resteraunts.
MacKnight provide Smoked Salmon all over the USA, from NY to California. We have a great relationship with our transporte companies, so can offer delivery ALL over the USA. As well as exporting to other countries.
