The company is mainly engaged in the production of sapphire substrates and the processing of MOCVD epitaxial wafers and chips. It has established the management headquarters and global marketing center in Shanghai, the R&D center in Fengxian District, Shanghai, the sapphire crystal growth and processing base in Zhumadian City, Henan Province, as well as the production base for MOCVD epitaxial wafers and chips in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province.
