King Car Group initially started from Chu Chen Industrial Co.
and expanded to King Car Food Industrial Co. in 1979. Bearing the
spirit of "pursuing for excellence", the guideline of new product
development not only provides healthful diets but also serves
functions of convenience and nutrition.
In 1982, the company was the first in Taiwan to market canned
coffee. Through its effective TV ads, rand image, and premium
quality, Mr. Brown coffee became very popular. In 1994, the company
became Taiwan's top beverage company in terms of sales. Its brand
is synonymous with localization, environmental awareness, and
social responsibility.
Mr. Brown is sold throughout the world from Asia to Africa. In
1998, the company established the first Mr. Brown coffee shop.
Today, there are more than 30 such shops in Taiwan, and each has an
European-style interior design. Currently, the company sells its
products with millions cases of Mr. Brown series, Natural Water,
and Tea internationally. In several territories, Mr. Brown is so
popular that it is top seller of the whole.
