Benson Industrial Gases Technology Corporation, established and
invested by Benson Engineering Company Co., Ltd. in 2004, is a
Taiwan-based professional manufacturer offering on-site gas
equipment and technical solutions that include design, manufacture,
installation and after-sales service to customers all over the
world.
Benson has been specialized in innovative and hi-tech on-site gas
equipment including nitrogen PSA generator, medical oxygen PSA
generator, VPSA oxygen generator and ASU cryogenic separator system
that produces nitrogen, oxygen and argon. Benson also provides
hydrogen PSA generator and system by using methanol, ammonia and
natural gas. Benson on site gas equipment and technical solutions
can be applied to numerous industries including electronic device,
metallurgy, chemicals, food, healthcare, etc.
Benson has a strong R&D department and a professional team to
design and produce qualified products with advanced application
technologies to reduce energy consumption, and meet environmental
as well as safety standards. We own a factory in Suzhou, China. We
have been ISO9001:2008 certified and introduced the administration
system of PDM/ERP. Our headquarters is located in Taiwan and
service centers are established in Southern China, East China and
Taiwan area. Our clients are in China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, etc.

After Sales Service
In our After-Sales Service Department, we have our own skilled team
of assembly supervisors who work with appropriate personnel to
integrate our high-tech equipment reliably into your factories and
existing production process.
After-Sales Services Department handles spare parts, training
courses, after-sales orders, claims, service agreements and
coordination of service visits. It is the department taking care of
incoming telephone calls or e-mails, and training programs are
co-coordinated from this division.
