Xinmin Textile is headquartered in Wujiang City, Jiangsu Province, which is known for its silk manufacturing and long history of silk trading. Starting with a weaving mill in 1958, we initially specialized in making natural silk. Since then, we have continued to grow, and over the years, have successfully entered the textile and clothing sector. As a manufacturer, we are a diversified textile-related stockholding company, remaining focused on spinning and weaving, as well as dyeing, finishing, and garment-making.



Our quality fabrics and yarns are produced with the latest technological equipment available and are continuously adapted to utilize new developments. At present, we have spinning machines and air-jet looms imported from Japan, rapier looms made in Italy, homemade traditional shuttle looms and advanced dyeing and finishing machines, all of which are combined with complete preparation equipment. With its 2,000 employees and four production facilities of 160,000 square meters, we have annual sales worth over USD80,000,000.



Our current annual output includes: 60,000 tons of various types of yarn; 40,000,000 meters of woven fabrics in silk, rayon and synthetic fabrics; 70,000,000 meters of plain dyed and finished fabrics; as well as 700,000 garments.



Wujiang Canhua Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd., held by Xinmin Textile, was founded in 1997, handling import and export business for the member production units. We have built up business relations with a long list of customers in more than 50 countries. With Europe and U.S.A as our main export markets, our products are sold worldwide and we are well received by all customers due to our excellent service and sound business credibility.



Our Quality Management System is ISO9001 certified. In addition, our dyeing and finishing plant is ISO14000 certified and its products are guaranteed by Oeko-tex Standard 100. Cooperating with the University of Suzhou, we have established an R & D center for new silk products, integrating academic research with our hands-on experience, which is of significant importance in offering strong technological support.
