We pride in the equipment we have. Heidelberg printing presses print is up to 6 colors, with front and back in just one pass. With our tower coaters we can apply matt or gloss varnish on the same pass at high speed. With our automatic high speed die-cutting machinery we are able to cut-to-shape virtually any material with a cutting tool made by our very own CAD/CAM systems.



Precise folding and gluing machines allow us to produce a broad spectrum of sophisticated and premium folding cartons in a highly economic way. With superb processing quality and short make-ready time we can produce consistently high quality products. We are able to transfer digital information extremely accurately from computers direct to plates. Instant digital archiving of the processed data ensures accurate reprint anytime. Color consistency is constantly monitored with the help of our computer controlled RCI off-press control system.
