COTECH, Inc. has been established since 2002. It is an employee-owned company with experienced engineers having expertise in the system integration, design, tooling and manufacturing for aerospace and commercial composite systems. The President, Dr. Ching-Long Ong, was the Deputy General Director of Aeronautical Research Laboratory of Chugn-Shan Institute of Science and Technology (CSIST) and has more than 30 years of experience in the composites design, manufacturing and system integration. He was also the Program Director of The SMART (Sub Millimeter Array Radio Telescopes) Program and successfully integrated and developed the antenna system. He is the Founder of SAMPE TAIWAN Chapter and a SAMPE FELLOW.
