Bonny Composite-Tech (Tongxiang) Limited was founded in 1982 in
Taiwan area. We are proud of our carbon-fiber products, such as
tennis rackets, badminton rackets, squash rackets, table tennis
bats, bicycle structures, walking sticks, ski poles, field hockey
sticks, softball bats, etc. Besides, we have sportswear, shoes,
sports bags and other sports products. In 1992, Bonny established
the production line in mainland China. Nowadays, we have over 2,000
employees and a manufactory covering an area of over 100,000 square
meters.
Bonny Sports has nearly 30 years experience of developing
composite-material products and built various patents. According to
our core competence of sophisticated manufacturing process,
outstanding quality control, advanced R&D, and quick response
to market, we were OEM and ODM partness of many international
brands such as Prince, Yonex, Dunlop, Carlton, Pro Kennex, and
Nike. We also working on our own Bonny brand and developed some
famous patents such as T-BAR tennis racket, zero vibration tennis
racket, Snaky tennis racket, graphite T-joint, etc. Today, Bonny
Sports has sales channels in China, Vietnam, Japan, Malaysia,
Korea, Russia and some other countries.
Currently, our quality and innovation are always on the top
standard and we can provide more than 100,000 highly qualified
graphite rackets per month.

Sophisticated Manufacturing Process
The headquarter of Bonny Sports Corp. is located in Taiwan ans take
charge of R&D, international business, finacial management, ans
strategy plannung. There are more than 2,000 people in China
factories. Based on the vantage of supply-chain model, we can offer

Bonny Sports moved whole production line to China in 1991. With
sufficient labor resources and detailed training system, BONNY
SPORTS integrated the advantages of China and Taiwan to deal with
diversified products with little amount to match the market trend.

manufacturing p-rocedure is divided into 7 processes and more than
74 steps. We set strict QC standards at every step to improve the
precision, quality, stability, and consistency to reduce

Emphasizing on R&D
Bonny Sports has incested in the graphite racket manufacturing
technology since 1983. With the cooperating with German engineers,
we devised the unique "Long String Racket". The invention also had
the award fo German Industy Product Award(1985). This invention has
become the model of many tacket designations.
From then on, R&D became BONNY's core competence and invented
many patents continually. With this capability , BONNY SPORTS also
atarted many patents continually.
Bonny was specialized in develop and produce composite racket for
the 30 years. We have received over 300 patents throughout the
world some of Bonny patents influence the trend of racket develop
