Established in 1998, Zhejiang Huacai Chemical Co., Ltd. has our own subsidiary factory - Huacai Powder Coating Factory, and Huacai Chemical Graduate & Technology School. Founded with a total investment of USD8,000,000, we have a 30,000 square meters' factory equipped with 10 automatic powder coating production lines.



Each year we produce 10,000 metric tons of powder coatings. Our product range covers thermosetting powder coatings, pure epoxy powder coatings, epoxy-polyester powder coatings, pure polyester powder coatings, acrylic powder coatings and polyurethane powder coatings. The different series of powder coatings we output are suitable for painting a wide range of products including electric appliances, furniture, garden tools, vehicle parts, pipes, highway guardrails and much more. At present, we export 35% of our thermosetting powder coating abroad.
