diluent with high-tech self-owned intellectual property rights. The
annual production capability is 10 thousand tons, and it is the
largest Diluent manufacturer in China, as well as an important
production base with a leading position for new chemical polymer
materials. Six kinds of Diluent were awarded the titles of
"High-Tech Production" and "Science and Technology Advancement
Prize". They have self-owned intellectual property rights, and have
