is supported by the powerful technology of Zhejiang University. We
are one of the leading companies engaged in the R&D,
manufacture and trade of:
- NdFeB magnets which are widely used in buttons of garments or bags with magnetic strength
- Ferrite magnets which are widely applied in motors, electric components and sensors
- SMCO magnets which are widely used as rubber or flexible magnets for motor sealing washers and ad cards
- Magnetic devices including pot magnets or holding magnets, magnetic couplings, motor rotors, magnetic lifting, speaker drivers, magnetic separators and door catcher magnets
- Magnetic equipment including magnetizers, magnetizer coils, multi-pole magnetizer coils, gauss meters, flux meters, magnetic-field distribution instruments, pole viewers and pulling force meters
These items are widely distributed in Europe, the US, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Australia.
Outfitted with Four Advanced Production Lines
Covering an area of 16,017 square meters, our factory houses four
production lines specialized on magnetic devices assembly. One is
for pot magnets, speaker drivers, magnetic separators, door catcher
magnets. The Second is for magnetic couplings, motor rotors and
lifting magnet. The third line is for magnetizers and coils while
the fourth line is for testing equipment, such as gaussmeters,
fluxmeters, magnetic-field distribution instruments and pole
viewers.
We also have 12 automatic molding press machines, 16 sintering ovens and eight automatic grinding machines. With such resources, we are capable of producing up to 200 tons of NdFeB magnets, 1,500 tons of ferrite arcs, 500 tons of rubber magnets and 30,000 pieces of ferrite arcs daily.
