Zhangjiakou Xuanhua Xindi High-voltage Insulator & Electrical Equipment Ltd. Co (hereinafter shorted as XHDC), located in Zhangjiakou, Hebei, China.

It's a specialized factory which produces porcelain insulators for electrostatic precipitators (shorted as ESP) and high-voltage power station.

The porcelain insulator for the electrostatic precipitators produced by XHDC includes post insulator, shaft insulator, link insulator, wall bushing insulator, insulating plate and so on, with more than 300types in total, of working voltage from 72kv-120kv. The porcelain insulator for high-voltage station and apparatus produced by XHDC includes surge arrester bushing, transformer, porcelain shell for current mutual inductor, outdoor oil-minimum circuit breakers, post insulator, etc, of working voltage from 35kv to 500kv.

XHDC insulators are made of high-strength coround-mullit high aluminous porcelain. All the characteristics, such as insulating performance, enduring thermal shot withstand capability, mechanical property, and appearance neat degree, are superior to those of ordinary high-voltage porcelain.

XHDC emphasizes process and quality controlling. It gained the ISO9001 International Quality Standard Certificate in 2001.

All the insulators are inspected through tests before leaving factory to ensure safe and reliable usage, such as temperature cycle test, temperature-voltage test, porosity test, power frequency spark test and mechanical loading test

The international and Chinese standards followed by XHDC includes ISO9001, IEC60168-2001, IEC62155-2003, IEC60273-1990, IS: 5621, IS: 2544, GB/T772-2005, JB/T6746. (1~4)1993. etc. The performance parameter is all in accordance with the above standards.
