Located in Yiwu, China, BSN Global Bags specializes in the design, production and distribution of various kinds of bags made of environmental-friendly material. We produce fishing bags, school bags, backpacks, satchels, waist bags, travel bags, pen bags, make-up bags, handbags and shopping bags. The material we use for making bags includes polyester oxford, polypropylene (PP) woven cloth, non-woven cloth, sailcloth and PVC stretch film.

We have made tremendous investments over the last eight years in environmentally-friendly materials. Today, the maximum poisonous and harmful content such as Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) Nonyl Phenol (NP) Phthalate and total Cadmium residing in materials including polyester oxford and PVC stretch film are tested by TuV Rheinland and are certified by EN71, RoHS, 2005/84/EC and 76/769/EEC.

Our factory is equipped with three sets of cutters such as mechanical and hydraulic off-loaders; more than 180 sets of sewing machines including flatbed, double needle, synchronized, high head and computerized machines; 12 sets of ironing and setting machines, including five sets of high frequency machines; and two sets of packing equipment. Moreover, we have 200 employees including 18 personnel in management/techniques, eight personnel in cutting process, 180 personnel in turning process, and 10 personnel in high frequency operations.

Our company is organized into the following departments including technical, materials management, production, quality assurance, and sales and marketing. As to production, our two weaving workshops are operated in Yiwu and Dongyan of Zhejiang Province.
