Saikai Company covers an area of more than 20000 square meters, while the floorage occupies more than 15 000 square meters, with fixed assets amounting to more than 80 million RMB, and production capacity of more than 3 million sets of seat belts annually.Being equipped with an outstanding team of product development and design, Saikai is technologically strong enough to participate in the simultaneous development of OEMs project.The production system of the Company consist of several operating units such as the punching workshop, the injection workshop, the assembly workshop, the tooling, the mold design and making team, etc.And various operating equipment such as hundreds of high-speed multi-station automatic punching machine, automatic injection molding machine, mold and finishing equipment, semi-automated assembly lines and tightening belts error proofing production line.The laboratory of the Company is fully equipped, and the professional qualifications of laboratory personnel promise the carrying out of the seat belt test of a fullest of regulations and environmental testing.



The Company passed the ISO 9000 in 1996;In 2002, the Company became the first one being granted with 3C certification from CCAP;In Nov.2005, the Company passed ISO/TS 16949:2002;In 2007, the Company got the E-MARK certification of multi-types seat belts.



The Company has a full range of car safety belts:

1) 2 point safety belt:Simple type, non-lock type, self-locking type

2) Normal 3 point safety belt:Simple type, emergency locking type (4 model and 4N model), emergency locking type( with force limited);

3) Pretensioner 3 point safety belt:Normal type;With force limited type.
