Jiangsu Yangtze Electromechanical Science & Technology Co., Ltd has established an annual output of 2 million sets of high-power LED outdoor lighting production line, and also established the R&D center and product testing center. We have developed the thermal material in rare earth aluminum alloy, liquid metal thermal conductivity material, transparent fluorescent ceramic packaging material and coating materials for surface radiating in nano-rare-earth. At the same time, our company has developed the LED integrated light source module and the high power LED lamp products in monolithic integrated through-hole radiating. Meanwhile, the integrated LED light source module can be packaged from 10W to 100W, with the efficacy reaches 120-140lm/w. The high power LED outdoor lamps can be chosen from 50 to 140W and the whole efficacy has reached 100lm/w-120lm/w. All these technologies have been a world leader. It is the ultimate use of the rare-earth materials that luminance decrease of the LED lamps is minimum. Through 6 months' measure, the luminance decrease is zero. The LED lamps can be lighted continuously for 3 years and a half, nearly 30 thousand hours and the luminance decrease is less than 10%.
