Dongguan ChaoChang Long hardware products Co., Ltd is a manufactory which is specialized in producing all kinds of fasteners, customized stamping parts, lathe machining parts or CNC machining parts.

We have three workshops for screw making, stamping and turning machining. We have advanced equipments for fasteners production including 30sets of 1Die-2Blow screw making machines and 4Die-4Blow screw making machines. And we also possess 20sets of precision stamping machines(4T, 16T, 25T, 60T, 80T, 120T, 150T), 2 sets of Brother CNC tapping center, and 3 sets of CNC machining center, and 20 sets of automatic lathe as well.

We have built ISO9001: 2008 quality management system to control product quality. We have a QC team of 20 people who control the incoming material, in process production, final quality assurance and physical chemistry tests.

We assume the responsibility to protect environment, to ensure that the production process does not produce environmental substances. And we have built ISO14001: 2004 environmental management system to let all staff get involve in the environmental protection.
