Wuxi Zhonglei Aminoplastics Complete Equipment Factory is an engineering company dedicated to design and manufacture of machinery and equipment for processing urea formaldehyde moulding compound ( UF powders and granules ), melamine formaldehyde moulding compound ( MMC ) and glazing powder. One-package (one-line) design service is offered catering to demands and circumstances of various clients/chemical plants. Main equipments comprise chemical reactors, kneading machines (kneading mixers), belt dryers, crushers, ball mills, dust separators, dust collectors, sieving machines, granulators, etc.



We have designed and manufactured more than 50 complete melamine projects at home and abroad. Modifications of 3 old lines have been accomplished in Indonesia. For the only two production lines in Bangladesh, we supplied not only the complete equipments, but also the chemical formula (technical know-how) of processing melamine powder (UF and MF) and glazing power as well.

Such equipments as ball mills, reactors and mesh belt dryers have been sold to Bangladesh, Pakistan, Korea, Taiwan, Viet Nam, India, Indonesia and Middle East countries as well.



We start producing melamine molding compound in partnership with companies from Taiwan from 2011.,



Meanwhile we supply a series of beer and beverage bottling equipments like unscramblers, washer-filler-cappers, blow moulding machines, injection moulding machines, labeling machines, etc. These machines are applicable for mineral water, carbonated drink, juice, milk, edible oil, and detergent.
