Large Production Capacity
Covering an area of 300,000 square meters, our factory is equipped with 14 advanced production lines of extrusion presses and echelon extrusion machines with 16 to 150MN capacities. With such resources, we have an annual production capacity of 140,000 tons of extruded profiles and 200,000 tons of cast ingots.

Equipped with Advanced Machines from Germany
Our 150MN double action direct oil-driven extrusion press from Germany is one of the first and largest extrusion devices in the world and our 55MN double action indirect oil-driven extrusion press from Germany as well is one of the first tonnage extrusion devices in the world. Moreover, our vertical offline quench furnace has an effective quenching length of 30 meters.

We utilize first-class devices in our profile machinery factory that mainly produces woodworking machinery profiles, automobile manufacturing profiles, national defense and military profiles, rail traffic profiles, marine ramp profiles, high- and low-voltage electric apparatus profiles, hydraulic pneumatic profiles, electronic radiator profiles, mechanical processing profiles and more.
