Patented in-house brand

We have obtained patent in December 2007 for our in-house brand Matsuzaka Pork. This long-awaited patent acquisition has been featured by the media from time to time.



Hygiene and temperature control

At our processing factory, we always maintain high sanitary standards and emphasize proper temperature control to ensure quality products.

We carry out all procedures including processing, measuring and vacuum packaging in a temperature controlled setting to never compromise the quality.

All workers practice good hygiene by strictly adhering to the dress codes.

To keep the inside of the factory clean, we sanitize the work surfaces and other areas with a hot water high-pressure washer after each use.

The containers used to transport the products in the factory are sterilized in hot water using a dedicated automatic sanitizer.

We adopt an environmental pest control to keep the flies and other insects away from the factory.
