Established in 1993, Xinci Group is integrated in the R&D and manufacture of a broad range of products. We are engaged in leather/LED products, cultural media, international trade and real estate. We have seven business units, including Henan XinChi International Trade, Henan Winner Investment and Development, Moscow Winner Trade, Guangzhou Winner Leather-products, Henan Winner Leather Sales, Zhengzhou Yiheng Venture Capital, Qinghai Yiheng Real Estate - the latter set up in Qinghai's Xining City in 2007, and coordinating with the local government in real estate development and property management business. Moreover, XinChi International Trade has a registered capital of $3.2 million, which focuses on LED lights and leather products.

Our business unit, Henan Winner Investment and Development covers a total area of 1.7 million square meters, and includes an industrial park for LED products and leather bags and supporting residential land. We have an estimated total investment of $500 million and an investment intensity of 1.5 million per acre. It is expected to achieve an annual output value and turnover of $80 million.
