Qingdao Hanhai Rubber was established in 2000 and specializes in producing tires and inner tubes for light trucks, motorcycles and wheelbarrows. We provide over 50 models of motorcycle tires, more than 20 models of wheelbarrow tires and more than 100 models of rubber wheels for you to choose from. These products sell well in more than 100 countries and regions including the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia.
Our 40,000-square-meter factory houses over 20 production lines outfitted with production equipment imported from Germany manned by 300 workers including 50 technicians, more than 200 high-level operators and five engineers. With such support, we turn out 600,000 inner tubes and 300,000 tires monthly.
We have 40 QC auditors with 10 years of experience who strictly check our production process and do testing of appearance, air tightness, wear resistance and tensile of tires to ensure high quality. We also have 30 raw material suppliers who have been cooperating with us for 10 years, so we can control our cost effectively.
