Shenzhen Thinkage Precision Technology was established in 2002. We specialize in large-scale precision plastic mold design and mold manufacturing and processing. Most of our moulds and products are exported to USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia and other regions.
Our raw materials are sourced from Taiwan and Japan and are 100% inspected. We have over 10 suppliers who have been working with us for 5 to 8 years. We comply with ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 14001:2004. We have been honored with the Quality Award and Contribution Award by our clients for many years. Our advanced testing equipment and professional measuring provide strong safeguard for the quality of products of customers. From raw materials to production, we ensure that each process goes through rigorous testing before entering the next process.
We have two factories which covers a combined area of 2,500 square meters. We are equipped with high precision processing machines sourced from Taiwan and Japan, such as CNC center, Milling Machine Center, mirror EDM, Wire Cut Machine and EDM Machine. We have over 100 skilled workers which include 15 R&D personnel and five QC staff. They have been highly trained and most of them have 10 years of experience in the mold manufacturing industry. Our R&D personnel are able to release 10 new products each month and they can finish a sample within 35 days. Our repeat order rate is 95%. Our monthly production capability is 40 sets and our delivery time is 30 days for regular orders.
