Senwell Industrial is located in Shijiazhuang High-Tech Development Zone, Hebei Province, China. There are iron foundries, heat treatment plants, steel plants, machine shops and CNC machining workshop in our facility. We have been specializing in forging documents, pieces of casting, machining parts and universal parts for the production of precision machining.
We have many advanced forging equipment such as one ton, two tons and five tons of free electro-hydraulic forging hammer and one ton, two tons, three tons and five tons of electro-hydraulic forging hammer, 630 tons of friction press and 450 rolling ring. Our annual output is 9,000 tons to meet domestic and foreign markets. Offering high-quality forgings to satisfy our customers is our motto.
We have two casting foundry workshops, two three-ton cupola, 0.5 ton electric furnace with advanced detection, analysis, cleaning and shot blasting equipment that can produce 9,000 tons of iron and gray iron castings per year. We can offer 1,000 tons of steel castings every year as well. There is a variety of machining equipment including a variety of ordinary lathe and CNC lathes. Our CNC machining shop also has three processing centers and six XK714D CNC milling machines.
