Found in 2001, Shenzhen Everwin Precision Technology is a high-tech enterprise integrated in the development, design, production and sales of mobile phone components and LED precision holders. Our main products include series of mobile phone pad connectors, shielding parts, sliders and hinges, internal and external metal parts, battery parts, sliders, SMT LED precision holders and more.

Our Facilities and Workforce
We have three ISO 9001:2000-, ISO 14001:2004-, ISO/TS 16949:2002 and QC 080000-certified factories covering a total area of 100,000 square meters manned by 6,000 employees. We also have introduced full series of production and test equipment used in precision molds and dies manufacture, high-speed precision punching and precision plastics molding, as well as more than 300 sets of machines imported from Germany and Japan.

Our 500 R&D engineers with six years of experience can release 40 to 60 new models monthly and create a sample according to client's requirements in seven days. The fixtures are required to be foolproof and calibrated regularly. The accuracy of the inspection and test are required to be greater than 99.9 percent to ensure high quality.

We have built a central laboratory with testing capabilities including environmental tests, mechanical, chemical and electrical experiments.
