About Haimen Sancon Jetwell Electronics
When we say that we are capable of full in-house production, we mean it. We not only produce our aluminum electrolytic capacitors and foil in-house but also manufacture the equipment used to make those products. Thanks to our staff's hard work, our products have been well-received overseas, with $15 million worth sold annually.

Business Structure
There are three subsidiary companies under the unified management of Haiman Sancon Electric Co. Ltd. Nantong Tianhe Mechanical Technology Co. Ltd is specialized in equipment, while Haimen Sancon Twin-net Electronics Co. Ltd is focused on aluminum foil and Haimen Sancon Jetwell Electronics Co. Ltd on electrolytic capacitors.

Product Innovation
Our company reinvests three percent of sales back into R&D. We work with a company in Taiwan and we are seeking a partnership with Xian Jiaotong University. Our R&D focuses on the development of miniature and chip-type capacitors as well as the enhancement of product reliability with high temperature resistance and longer load life. Our target applications include home appliances, IT, automotive and consumer electronic products.

Production Capability
With 600 members of staff and fully automated equipment including 70 production lines at our 55,000-square-meter factory, we turn out one billion capacitors, 600 tons of electrode foil and 80 tons of anion foil every year. Currently, our capacitor production is at 80 percent utilization rate.

Quality Standards
Under an ISO 9001:2000-certified management system, our 30 QC officers inspect every stage of production and use modern testing instruments such as X-ray analyzers. In 2004, we introduced a core technology of electrolyte formula worth $30,000, which has significantly improved product quality. We also use a new eroding technique in aluminum foil production. In 2008, we plan to apply for QC 080000 certification.
