We have the patented TFMOV (thermal fuse with MOV) which effectively guards against fire hazards caused by degradation and transient over-voltage of MOVs. The TFMOV is a fail-safe device integrated with a disk varistor and a thermal fuse in a single case. The thermal fuse is designed to disconnect the MOV from the circuit in case of MOV's failure. Because the MOVs might thermally run away due to the increasing leakage current or burn and burst in the event of a short-circuit fault.

We can provide the thermal fuse and fusing resistor (TRXF) with features of surge protection, over-current protection and over-temperature protection. We have set up a standardized production system based on ISO 9001:2000 principles. In November 2001, our laboratory successfully passed UL examinations and was certified as the second Witnessed Test Data Program Lab in the world of the thermal cutoff field.
