Founded in 2003, Jiangxi Z.T New Energy specializes in producing polymer lithium batteries. Our products have high safety, light weight, minimum volume and long lifespan. Thus, they are widely applicable to e-bikes, e-motorcycles, e-scooters, agricultural machinery, portable power, energy-storage systems, mining safety equipment and telecommunication back up power.

Advanced Machines, Production and Export Markets
Our ISO 9001:2008-certified 67,000-square-meter factory is equipped with five production lines manned by 500 workers, and can produce 1 million units monthly. With professional test equipment including life cycle test machines for secondary battery, internal resistance test instruments, 30A high rate test machines and high/low temperature and humidly hot laboratories, our products are UL-, CE-, SGS-, RoHS- and UN38.3-compliant. Thus, they are mainly exported to Japan, Germany, France, Holland, the US, Australia, Taiwan, the Middle East and Africa.

Highly Skilled Workforce
Our R&D team is composed of 50 engineers with more than six years of experience. They can release one to two new products monthly and design and make samples according to clients' requirements in 10 days. Moreover, we have 50 QC auditors with more than two years of experience who ensure all our products are free of defects.

Main Materials
With 40 material suppliers cooperating with us for over five years, our main materials such as membranes and soft packs are sourced from the US and Japan and their quality advantages include, the volume energy density can reach 230Wh/L, while for LiFePO4 battery, it is only 180Wh/L, and the weight energy density can reach 150Wh/kg, while for LiFePO4 battery, it is only 100Wh/kg.
