Based on OPC Industrialization project which is one of the key high-tech projects of National 863 program of China, Handan PhotoC Technologies was established in June 7, 2000. Our company is jointly invested by Hanguang Machinery Plant, China Ship Building Industry Corporation and Institute of Chemistry of China Academy of Science.

Our company was built from the Selenium Drum Manufacture Division of Hanguang Machinery Plant, which has been producing drums and toners since 1970's and has cooperated with Sanyo in 1970's and Konica in 1980's to provide them the OEM supplies. Up to now, we have accumulated more than 40 years of experience in developing drums, toners and other consumables.

With self-owned intellectual property rights, we specialize in various kinds of OPC drums and toners for laser printers and digital copiers. Our R&D center is located in the Institute of Chemistry under China Academy of Science in Beijing, which has many top experienced professors, specialists and technicians.

Our factory is equipped with five automatic OPC coating lines and six toner production lines and has an annual capacity of 15 million OPC drums and 6,000 tons of toners. Moreover, our sixth OPC coating line is under construction and it will enhance the annual capacity to be up to 20 million OPC drums.

We set up stringent quality control system to guarantee quality consistency. The advanced OPC drum optoelectronic characteristics test equipment, OPC coating thickness measurement instruments, densitometers, environment test chambers, gas chromatography, spectrometers and other equipment ensure high performance of our products.
